I will show you how you can build your site in few easy steps!

Why should you build your web site or web page? To tell people who you are, what are your hobbies, to tell something interesting you know, to sell your products, make some money or just for fun. You need a program to build a page or site. You can use open source programs which are free to use. Just search the web and download one (for example NVU - available for Windows, Macintosh and Linux). Than you need a domain name - that is your address or URL. Just search the web and get a free one - usually this would be a sub domain. Try to find a short address. Or register your own (from $1 per year). And finally you need a web host. You can also find many free web hosts. Chose one without ads ( banners, pop-ups...). Many free web host give you also free sub domains.

Your web is now finished. But I guess you would like to do some more!

You should ad meta tags to your site for better search result. Use these:

<title>Here goes title of your page/<title>

<META name="description" content="Short description of your page goes here.">

<META name="keywords" content="words,describing,your,page,go,here">

<META NAME="robots" content ="all">

 put these meta tags between <head> and </head>

You also can ad some ad-ons to your site like buttons, counters,... You can get them free - just search the web and find those you need.
